Hi All,

Just a note here to remind you of the varied programming you’ll find on WFLO AM and WFLO FM daily. Our FM station (95.7) is 24/7 at 50,000 watts and features everything from bluegrass and country early in the morning with Henry Fulcher to Sunday Melodies with William Lynn. FLO-FM is listed as an adult radio station and for the most part we feature a hot A/C format with a great mix of oldies. The hits of the 60s and 70s are featured each weekday from 12:15 until 1 pm during the Lunchbreak Show. I’m your host for that one and enjoy playing those great songs and sharing a story or two about them. Many of those hits are just timeless! Join me also for the morning show from 6:30 am until 7:45 each weekday. You’ll hear today’s current hits ( no rap or metal ) and lots of important information, too.

Our award-winning Call FLO Radio Show with my co-hosts, Chris Brochon and Chris Wood airs from 8:05 am until 8:45 am weekdays. Spend some time with us if you can. And give us a call sometimes. We love to hear from our listeners! Beach music lovers can tune in Saturday night for Steve Mr. Beach Leonard’s Beach show live on FLO-FM from 5 pm until 8 pm. And yes, the beach music legend is really here at the studios when he shares that program.

Our AM listeners ( 870) can experience the talents and music of Henry Fulcher all morning long weekdays with his unique blend of bluegrass and country music. Henry’s passion for the music he plays is obvious and his on air antics are quick wit is are as fresh today as they were almost 60 years ago. And don’t forget you can trade, swap or sell on the Trading Post Hotline heard weekdays beginning at 12:15 pm and lasting until 1 pm.

Whew! That’s just the tip of the iceberg here at your hometown radio station. Tune in folks and we’ll keep you informed and entertained. Remember, if you need to contact me or if you want to hear that special song from out of your past just email me at fwood@wflo.net

I’ll be in touch.  Francis

  3. The song is by the Traveling Wilburys. It is titled “tweeter and the Monkey man” and is off the album called “Volume One”. That is Dylan singing, he also wrote the song.
