There’ll be no chicken festival in Crewe this year.

The nearly 40 year old event has been held recently at Hooper Park in Crewe by the Burkeville Ruritans and Crewe Kiwanis.

We told you yesterday that the long-standing Buckingham County Day will not be held by the Lions this year.
