The Longwood Big Event is gearing up for another big day of service on March 23rd and they’re currently accepting jobs in the Farmville area.

Longwood student Kevin Bradtke talks about the purpose of the big day. He says it’s to give back to the community.

Former Big Event Director Brian Reid says it’s not really about the size of the jobs they complete

Last year, 500 students completed over 50 service jobs in the area.
