A 47 year old Victoria man was sentenced recently to two and a half years in prison on a firearm conviction and revocation of a suspended sentence of two counts of distribution of cocaine from 2011.
Lenny Edward Coles Sr. had a handgun in his possession during a traffic stop on Nutbush Road in August 2012 says Lunenburg Commonwealth’s Attorney Robert Clement.
Clement brought a Show Cause Revocation Hearing against Coles for failing to be of good behavior as a condition of his previously suspended portion of his 20 year sentence for Distribution of Cocaine ordered on November 3rd, 2011.
