A public hearing is set for next month regarding a request from the Buckingham Cattlemen’s Association for a special use permit.

If granted, the permit would allow the group to construct an agricultural auction barn on route 60 west of the court house. According to a letter to County Planner Rebecca Cobb from engineers associated with the project, the project is funded by state grants.

The hearing is Monday April 15th at 7 PM in the county administration complex.
