Meet Gary, a big pup looking for a family that’s ready to keep up.  This week’s Green Front Furniture Dog of the Week is a 9-month-old, 49-pound Lab/Shepherd mix who’s friendly, outgoing and still very much in his puppy era. He loves to play, meet new people and be right in the middle of the action — if that action happens to involve water, even better!

Friendly, outgoing and full of youthful enthusiasm, Gary would be a great match for an active family. Think walks, hikes, backyard play and plenty of opportunities to keep that smart puppy brain busy. Because he’s still figuring out just how big and bouncy he is, he’d do best with a securely fenced yard and without small children who might accidentally get caught in the path of a joyful zoomie session.
